WINE: FROM THE MASANI CELLAR
Vino, vin, wein, wine. Kara is the quaffing/cellar master or technically the Sommelier. Masani’s wine list offers a grand selection from Victoria, Australia, Italy, France, Germany and beyond. There is a mahogany wine library above the bar & mezzanine cellars which hold aged, and rare wines.
“I savour, source, sample & enjoy wines regularly. I am always in search of different varietals from the old world and the new world. I love great wines, established wines, boutique wines and new wines. It’s my passion and it’s stuck with me….so just ask and I’ll be happy to suggest something. I have chosen every wine personally.”
Kara specializes in the Masani cellar and all aspects of wine service. She is a regular at wine testing’s and master classes, and is passionate about sourcing new and upcoming varietals, wineries and liqueurs.
